We really liked the owner of the villa. He gave us a tour of the villa and explained all the details and features. He also told us about the neighborhood, recommended which shops to visit, and which beaches were worth going to. During our stay, we accidentally broke a glass and immediately informed the owner, offering to compensate for it, but he replied: “Don’t worry, there’s no need to pay.” He was very kind and polite to us throughout our entire stay in the apartment. Thanks to him, the pool and the villa's surroundings were always clean. He happily answered all our questions. In my opinion, this hotel was perfect in terms of location — within a 10-minute walk, there were 4 different beaches, and excellent shops were also nearby.There were also all products like washing powder or dishwashing There were also all products like washing powder or dishwashing detergent. When we arrived, the refrigerator was filled with fruit and there was also a bottle of wine. I would like to note that this is 100% the best option for this price, even for a high price it is difficult to find something better than this apartment.

One of the minuses was that the double room was very dark, even during the day, because there is no window. Also on top between Natasha's room there was a small window, the window itself was not visible, but because of it it was very well audible what was happening in the other room, in fact, this is not such a big minus, it is just not indicated in the description.

the house is located in a very quiet area. it has a very nice garden and a pool. the house is very big, well equiped and the beds were very comfortable. The closest beach is Yannis Beach and is 2-3 minutes away by car and it's very beautiful To sum up, our stay at the Green House was an amazing experience!
