Пожалуй, это были лучшие апартаменты, в которых я останавливался. Есть всё необходимое, если нужно остановиться всего на пару дней (масло и специи для готовки, молотый кофе, печенье, стиральный порошок, мочалка, одноразовые зубные щетки, зубная паста и т.д.). Хорошая посуда для приготовления пищи. Есть бокалы для вина и штопор 🤭. Особенно порадовал камин в квартире, с ним +100 к уюту. Хорошее расположение, рядом ботанический сад для прогулок, ресторанный дворик, супермаркет, автобусная остановка. Для заселения владелец выслал в менеджер видео инструкции как открыть двери с помощью кодового электронного замка, как пользоваться бытовой техникой и т.д. За это отдельное спасибо! Всегда настораживает, когда вместо реальных фото квартиры, в объявлении прикрепляют рендеры интерьера, но тут всё совпало на 100%.

Positives - The place was perfect for us. It was close to a mall and was like 15 min drive from all the popular spots. The host was a super nice person. Very accommodating and was a perfect example of a good host. He provided all the amenities and much more than our expectation. It made us feel like home. Small Note - If you are looking for a good view may be this is not the best as its in a residential location. But I was not expecting more so I was happy with the cozy balcony.

Very good apartment, well equipped - I felt like I was in home, safe neighbourhood, good contact with owner - I definitely recommend.

Everything was cleaned and well organized

Great communication from the host even before arrival. The apartment is brand new and has everything you might want - even the little things such as a razor, extra toothbrush, bottled water, even a chocolate in the fridge. The location was perfect for my conference, and the beautiful botanical garden is only 5 minutes away. It is a very nice part of the city.

Zero issues. The host made sure everything was perfect.

The apartment is brand new. Clean, easy access without keys. Good facilties, bed, everything works, and all prepared for a guest, with attention to detail - bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, everthing is in the apartment.
