The house was really big and fit all of us comfortably. Decor was nice and cute.

A little run down but nothing unexpected

I went for cruise week, I loved this property! It is close to the boardwalk, quiet area, and spacious master bedroom you can see the boardwalk from the top balcony. The owner was very responsive with anything I had questions about, it also sleeps plenty of people.

It could use some small upgrades the couches & the 2 small chairs but other than that no issues!

Place was great! very big and roomy. Everything worked fine and there were no issues. Yes, the fireplaces are not operational but still make the place look nice so that wasn't an issue. if you don't like stairs then staying in the master bedroom will be an issue as it is on the third floor but that actually gives you more privacy from your guests. having balconies on all floors was nice as well. We stayed for New Years and the price was fantastic for the size, location and time. I'm sure the cost is more in line during the summer but if i had a large family it probably would be worth it. also, having bathrooms on all floors was great as well. If your looking for a large rental in a great spot then defiantly consider this place. and if you have kids then the two bedrooms on the second floor are perfect for them, while you stay in the super large master on the third. all in all, good place to stay in OCMD!

yes the place is allitle wore but it is a rental property in OCMD so i would expect that. The previous review used the word filthy which is a lie. Maybe they need to stay at a 5 star hotel instead, good luck with those prices... and yes, you have to bring your own blankets, no biggy. we were smart enough to check before leaving and did.

Excellent location, amazing price, had plenty of kitchenware to use.

The faux fireplaces didn’t seem to work, but that’s fine

The place has three levels with ample open space for communicating with others. Enjoyable balconies, plenty of beds, in a nice conveniently accessible location.

I did not like how filthy the steps, bar stool chairs, accent chairs, dinning room chairs, and the couch were. The lights bulbs in the kitchen were all blown out, except one. The oven door handle kept unloosening, and falling off, we had to keep tightening up the screws, without the proper tools. There was a large window unit air conditioner in the bathroom near the kitchen on the floor blocking entrance into the bathroom. The fireplaces were only displays, apparently never intended for operational purposes. The dinning room table had a large folded up flyer underneath one side for balancing purposes, do not remove. One of the dinning room chairs was tattered. There was a large hole underneath the television in the front room. The kitchen trash can needs to be replaced, as well as, a good cleaning inside of trash can, the foot peddle located at the bottom of the kitchen trash can, did not work. The outside panel on the balcony in the master bedroom needs power washing and despite paying a significant cleaning fee, you still have to clean back up, while on vacation, before departing. Also, you must bring your own blankets, non is provided.

It was very spacious

Certain things were pretty run down. You can tell it’s been rented and “worn in”. The couches have seen better days. We were provided sheets and towels, but no blankets which we thought was odd.

place was little dirty (used towels and needed to be vacuumed). also tub did not work.

The house was clean and great location. Beach was walking distance. There was parking. Definitely will be booking again. Cindy was wonderful with explaining and giving directions.

Didn’t like that sheets and blankets were not provided. Sheets are provided for a fee. There was no mention of this when I booked the room. Also cleaning fee is a bit high.
