Staff at front desk was super helpful. The unit is clean and is basically on the beach. I wish I was there for longer definitely a home away from home

Maintenance on the property can be better

Location was good and the property the only thing that I was not happy with it's the fridge our food was spoilt because of the top part the freezer was working well.

Only the fridge everything was pefect

Beachfront. The ladies at the agency were amazing, welcoming, cheerful, and friendly. Candice, whom I was corresponding with via email, was also incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout our communication. Thank you, ladies, and a big thank you to the Oupa, who was maintaining the garden at the premises. Much appreciated!

The house was unfortunately not very clean there were spider webs in the single toilet, behind the TV stand and the bar area was so cluttered that we couldn’t access it. The fridge was also not in great condition. The TV remote didn’t work until we decided to swap the batteries from the decoder remote ourselves. When we initially asked the caretaker for help, he was unwilling to assist. We later called him again because we didn’t know how to operate the touch stove. When he eventually came, he was condescending, saying, “You called again? Didn’t you call about the TV not so long ago? I see you learned how to operate it at last.” This was disappointing, especially since he hadn’t helped us the first time. It would be very helpful if clear instructions were provided for operating the stove and washing machine, to make it easier for all guests to use them without frustration.

The Light on the porch did not work.

Location was excellent. Friendly guards on site. Easy access to property. Great view

Cleanliness was not great. No service over the Easter weekend. Maintenance required to furniture and interior structure.
