Colazione non inclusa, posizione ottima, macchina del caffè. Le camere erano 3 e non 2, e noi eravamo in 3, quindi ottimo! L'appartamento, pur non essendo nuovo, è molto ampio, quindi confortevole, pulito.

Suggerisco solo alcune piccole riparazioni: la tenda di una camera da letto, alcune prese di corrente, e sostituirei la struttura doccia nel bagno più vecchio con anche solo una tenda, perchè alla base è nera da calcare, è obsoleta e insomma non fa una bella figura

Good location

The landlord should advise customers the key safe is located on the railings ‘opposite’ the front door of the property. We had to ask for help.

Location only was good

Instructions for getting the key were vague, we had to ask a neighbor for help. Everything in the kitchen was dirty (plates, glasses, utensils had to be washed again). Main bathroom sounded extremely loud when flushing and showering. Mentioned apartment was on 1st floor but actually on the 2nd floor and we had to take our luggage and baby car 1 flight of stairs. TV on the 2nd bedroom had no remote control and furniture was old (not vintage as some might say because it's Verona, but old and not clean)

Great Location. The apartment was huge, allowing for all the space needed.

The cleaning can be improved. beds and towles were very dusty and the bathroom was not very clean and used towels were left in the property.

This appartment is perfectly located in the middle of the old town of Verona. The host was very nice and helped us promptly upon arrival in getting access to the appartment.

The appartment looks a bit dated and the air conditioning is very noisy.

The owner, Emanuel was excellent at communication, all prompt and accurate. The location is out of this world, right in the centre of the old town, surrounded by history, shops, bars, restaurants. The bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were comfortable. The underground car park at Piazza Citadella , is an easy 10 minute walk away and wasn't expensive.

The kitchen is ok , but a little bit weary and not well equipped, if you are eating out- no problem, otherwise its a great place

After a few hiccups, all worked out well. The owner and receptionist were excellent in solbing the issues. Thank you
