Sopiva kokoinen 2-3 aikuiselle. Parkkihalli talon alla oikein kätevä. Hyvä sijainti. Sängyt ja vuodevaatteet hyvät. Saunaa ei viitsitty edes kokeilla, kun lämmintä sisällä ja ulkona 30 astetta... löydettiin puhallinkin, mutta eipä paljon auttanut.

Nämä vain huomioksi, ei juurikaan haitannut. Pesuhuoneen saumoissa homepilkkuja. Vessan kansi rikki. Vessan lavuaari ei vedä kunnolla. Parvekkeen ovi ei mene kunnolla kiinni.
