Gated townhouse with heated pool, hot tub, near US60

The floors were not clean. We like to take our shoes off at the door. In just a few minutes the bottoms of our feet would be black. Need to wash the floors.

Plenty of room. Pool area and gym area was a plus.

I won’t use Booking.com again. We had some family cancel on us due to health issues and I tried to cancel the reservation on the 9th which the last day to cancel and booking.com kept telling me it was the 10th which it wasn’t. They said they sent a message to someone, but never got a response and I called at least twice. Also parking is not the best.

Very nice condo complex with beautiful amenities including a nice clubhouse and pools.

The gated property was nice but it was in a rundown area of town.

It was a little difficult to find the place, but once we did it was pretty easy. We just went to the wrong entrance and with no street signs it was challenging to find the townhouse.

I liked that I could take my dogs and there was a yard for them. It was a very quiet area. It had all the amenities like home. A thousand times better than a hotel. Very comfortable, safe and clean. Management responded immediately to my one concern of the overloaded and smelly trash bin, and it was taken care of . Communication was awesome. I loved all the emails from the company, the checklist, the welcome packet. I didn't have to ask for a thing. You all were a step ahead, and it made my life so much easier.

No negatives as far as the townhouse, owners, or crew. However, the community owners/operators and HOA need a spanking. The doggy litter trash receptacles were overflowing. The one pool had algae and was murky. The second pool was not much better. Neighbors were not friendly. The grounds were not kept up (dead grass, dog feces everywhere). Luckily we could avoid all that by staying in and enjoying a really nice place.

Great communication, location and value. No surprises.
