Beautifully clean and colourful room. Located well off the busy road. Close proximity to local shops and food vendors A gym and pool facilities on site. Plenty of storage space for food items, luggage. Air con was a god-send

No elevator

What a lovely stay. The caretakers are very welcoming and so nice. Yes, the furniture is a little bit wobbly, but so what, it's clean and inviting. Good shower. Great AC. Good bed. The appliances are not abundant but more than adequate. We held a little Christmas party at the estate, they helped us as good as possible and we had a great time!

The rules of the estate. No hanging of laundry at the balcony. No garbage bags on the balcony. You need to remove it immediately, fair enough, but you need to contact the caretaker for it. Instead, just throw it away yourself at the entrance of the estate. You need to schedule your stay at the pool at the guards house. No problem, I love the interaction, but an impulsive swim is out of the question. The rest of the estate inhabitants don't really care about that rule, so don't be surprised they will join your bespoke time in the pool. And the little Chihuahua dogs in the apartment downstairs are annoying as hell.

Very low quality of furniture. Kitchen very sparcely equipped. No real curtain in bedroom makes lay in a bit tricky...
