Czysto, mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, łatwe zameldowanie, na kod, łatwy kontakt z miłym właścicielem. W budynku pralka i suszarka bez dodatkowych opłat. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, nowy budynek, ale przy starym mieście, wszędzie blisko. Parking na ulicy, płatny, tuż obok strefa tańszego parkowania. Zostaliśmy dłużej niż planowaliśmy.

Właściwie to nie tak blisko do plaży, choć dla mnie akurat super.
