"Cleaned the whole time on vacation"

The location was awesome and the view was good.

We expected a clean and comfortable stay, especially given the high cost, but the experience fell short. The cabin had cockroaches, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. We were initially offered a refund of $555.10, but after an unexpected pet fee we were not informed about, the refund was reduced to $256.10. Communication and handling of the situation were disappointing. Given the price, we expected better cleanliness, transparency, and responsiveness.

"Wonderful cabin, great location, fun amenities, nice and clean."

Loved the pool - it was bigger than it appeared in the photos. Loved the arcades. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Nice and clean.

"A nice short vacation in a beautiful location"

Perfect location with super comfortable beds!

We thought it was time for a good deep clean and inspection. In all rooms there were lights with blown light bulbs, the bathroom shower liner are due to be changed because of mildew/mold. Very understandable in the pool area but the doors are covered in mildew/mold, along with the fabric basket.

"Great property as advertised!"

The space was bigger than expected! Pool and hot tub were great for adults and kids! Location to strip was phenomenal. Views of mountain were great too! Checkin was easy. Beds were comfy. Gameroom and bunk beds were a hit with the kids.Communication by property owner was quick.

Hot tub was having technical issues so we only got to enjoy for one night but host was quick to get a technician out there to repair. Plugs in the back of the living room Tv were a little janky, which explains why the internet had been out when we got there. It has come loose from the wall power outlet. Space could use a little more storage, hooks for towels, and coffee bar essentials. But overall was a fantastic place to stay!

"The best location"

The property was gorgeous. We enjoyed the stay and the cabin was so awesome . We have stayed at several cabins through the years and this was our favorite by far . I would rate the property and the owners were so kind to check in on us. It was truly a 10 star stay.

There was nothing about the property we didn’t like.

"We had a blast!!!!!!"

The place was absolutely gorgeous!! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was clean and very well maintained.

There was nothing about this property that I did not like.
