Location, apartment equipment, view from the window, possibility of heating with air conditioning, no bedbugs (which apparently happens quite often in Lisbon),

Average cleanliness, bedding looked like it had already been used, general wear and tear of the apartment (the photos on Booking.com were probably taken right after the renovation - a few years ago?).

Numuriņš tīrs, kārtīgs. Gulta 1,4*2m patīkama gulēšanai. Priekš nakšņošanas laba vieta. Ledusskapis, TV, tējkanna un mikroviļņu krāsniņa darbojās labi. Bija trauki un viss nepieciešamais ēšanai. Dvieļus un drēbes varēja izžāvēt liekot uz krēslu atzveltnēm un ieslēdzot kondicionieri uz +22C. Sabiedriskais trasports tuvu. Var ar kājām izstaigāt lielu daļu vecpilsētas. Turpat blakus daudz tūrisma apskates objektu. No rīta varēja atvērt franču balkona durvis un baudīt saullēktu. Auchan un Continental veikali tuvu.

Nebija īsti saprotams, kurā no kastītēm jāmeklē atslēgas(kods tika atsūtīts novēloti, nevis uzreiz pēc apmaksas ar apstiprinājuma vēstuli). Ļoti nepatika, ka samaksājām par 18kv.m lielu dzīvoki, bet tas bija maksimums tikai 9kv.m liels(tā tāda apzināta maldināšana par dzīvokļa istabas platību), nebija drēbju skapja. Drēbes bija jāliek kastē zem dīvāna. Dīvains risinājums bija stikla caurspīdīgi matētie tualetes-dušas telpas stikli, pie kā novietots mazais ēdamgaldiņš atradās tieši pretī tualetes podam. Ledusskapim saldētava sen nebija atkausēta no ledus. nebija kur žāvēt dvieļus, vannas istabā tie nežuva un sāka ost otrā dienā. Virtuves skapīša durtiņām bija salauzta apakšējā eņģe. Dažas naktis zuda interneta signāls.

Salle de bain très petite, balcon inexistant. Un café ou thé pour l arrivée aurait été le bien venu .

As soon as you book the room you get an email with all the rules of how you shouldn’t bother the host. Do not call, do not contact, the apartment numbers dont match with the pictures posted online. Also there was so much mold in the bathroom. The toilet seat was yellow from piss, with the seat also dirty. The room smelled of mold and air freshener. The sheets were never changed, it’s like they just covered the bed after the previous tenants left and called it a day. Because there were questionable stains all over the bedding. Pick a different place to stay in Lisbon 😅

Pas de passoire mais ce n'est qu'un détail, et 3 rouleaux de papier toilettes, un 4e aurait été préférable.

Appartamento perfetto per un viaggiatore. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi, c'erano tutte le utilities necessarie! Vista eccezionale dalla finestra
