Booking in procedure was cumbersome. Could provide milk or creamer for morning coffee.
USThe location was great and the free parking across the street was really handy. The space is really attractive with high ceilings and great natural light. Instructions were super clear for check in and check out.
The room I was in did not have a dresser and there was limited closet space. I was only there for two nights, so living out of a suitcase in the middle of the living room was not a super big deal, but if there were two people there for a longer stay, this would not be ideal.
USLocation was wonderful. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Great light from outside. Was able to park in the garage but the elevator was broken the whole time I was there. 77 year old female lugging suitcases to the third level wasn’t fun at all.
No bars/handles in the shower. A real risk for older visitors. No extras for the coffee…sweetener or creamer.
The room was decent, could use a good cleaning. What is seriously lacking is insulation!! The rooms are so incredibly loud. I could hear every footstep and word from above, the band playing below in the bar until late, street noise, etc. Definitely not for anyone who needs sleep. I wouldn't stay again.

Second bedroom was very small. -‘d it would have been helpful if it had a lamp. Other than that, it was great for our needs. Will also add, we knew going in that the second bedroom was small.

USThe location in Downtown Frankfort was exceptional! After completing the extensive online check-in process (including identity verification) and reviewing the detailed unit access procedures, I had no issues getting parked, finding the hotel, entering the elevator area & unit and getting set up online. Within about 20 minutes of arriving, I was changed and ready to taste bourbon in the bar downstairs (Howser Tavern)!
