Parking spaces in public parking lots are difficult to find in high season and will cost an extra 25 euros per day. The housing complex has common relaxation areas: outdoor pool, courtyard, garden, maintained by specialized staff. The apartment is located towards the western extremity of the Poniente Beach (rocky area), with direct access to the beach, crossing the Tamarindos Park, one of the few and perhaps the most beautiful park in the area. Poniente Beach is the quiet and relaxing area of Benidorm, with a lot of restaurants, terraces, pastry shops; it has a delightful promenade area and a running track, bike rides, or rollerblades. The beach with fine sand and entrance to smooth water, has private areas, with the possibility of renting beach accessories, but also a public area. If you have a car, you will have the opportunity to visit the many tourist attractions in Benidorm and Finestrat, but also longer journeys in the beautiful cities and towns nearby: Altea, Calpe, Moraira, La Vila Joiosa, Alicante and Valencia - a truly enchanting city.
