"Comfortable clean room for a quick visit."

Room was actually very nice, clean and comfortable. It was quiet during my stay and I was able to sleep in without any trouble. Neighborhood isn’t the best but it is right on top of the subway station so if you’re just hopping between the apartment and the subway it’s fine. It was a great deal and perfect for a two night stay for concerts!

Just the neighborhood really-but I knew it was a budget stay and the room was remarkably nice considering!

The hosts are awful. Save your time and money. Do not think about booking through them. Drove the whole way to Philly to get to the property and the door was locked, emailed the host, they said the payment "didn't process" and they wanted me to cash app them instead to gain entry. Biggest scam I have ever seen. If you are reading this, don't book

Did I mention the hosts are terrible? They refuse to answer the phone, I emailed them and tried to scam me into 'sending money via cash app or venmo'. Luckily found another hotel with a room available that actually answered their phone. Surprised this is even still on this website as legit.

"Bad"

Even though the booking clearly said we could pay at the property they tried to bully us into sending money via PayPal in advance and then when we didn’t they immediately cancelled our booking. We then booked alternative accommodation and they then said we were responsible for cancelling the booking (and thus pay $200 - funny that they accept cards for that). In the end we had no choice but to report them to Booking.com and were unable to stay here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
