Excellent central location right in the heart of the city. Comfortable, clean and bright, and with ample space. Nice views over the city. There are lifts to the floor where the apartment is which I don't think is mentioned.

The parking was initially difficult to find, because of Norwich's rather complicated one-way and pedestrianised system. The post code is not helpful, and we would recommend relying on the written directions which were very good. Once there, there was ample parking, and it was easy to find one's way in and out.
