The view was stunning

The unit was not well equipped. Specially the kitchen. Tv was very small. Cups and plates need replacement

The location is fantastic.

Minor changes to the interior will make a major difference.

The place is beautiful and the sound of the waves every morning when you wake up is priceless. The fact that you can sit on your couch and see the waves breaking against the rocks and boulders is mesmerizing. They will definitely see me again.

The place needs a lot of maintenance.

The unit is in serious need of maintenance. Health and safety risk due to mold and rust - windows can not close properly. Picture on website do not represent actual poor state of the unit. In need of shower, only bath and cannot wash hair properly. Kitchen utensils not up to standard and bare minimum, rather bring your own. Crockery only bits and pieces of different sets. Overall foul smell in unit. Managing agents overall poor communication and rude. I have logged a complaint and have not received any feedback or answers. We will not recommend this unit nor ever return

Great location and the see view are stunning, it's close to all shops like the spar & checkers. I will definitely go back to Boulders Bay 9 again.

The property needs a little maintenance, the doors are a bit rusted, and we struggled to open and close the doors. The main bedroom door does not open at all, or we could get it open and just left it closed the whole time. The property needs a paint job. other than that, it was really lovely.
