No one at front desk. Room wasn't ready on time. Staff was MIA. No towels in room. Air conditioner not working properly. Smelled funky. Do not recommend!

Close to the American Legion in town. Convenience store next door.

Rehab going on was sloppy in the motel. Breakfast was a joke.

Nothing. This property should not even be listed on Booking.com app! It is more like a halfway house!

We checked in at 4pm, along with friends whom each had their own room. Got our keys but rooms were not ready. We were advised they were “still cleaning our rooms and should be completed shortly” We all went to our event we were in town for and told them we’d come back. 2 of 4 rooms were still not cleaned at 8pm when we got back!!!! My husband n I booked a 2 queen room 2 weeks in advanced via this site and yet they had no room for us with two beds! They offered to put me in one room on the first floor and husband in a single bed room on the second! When I told them not acceptable he had no options or offered any. I asked if he had any adjoining rooms and THEN he looked up to find us adjoining rooms on the second floor. No elevators. Filthy carpeted stairwell. Acs do not cool well. Doors barely locked. Toilet paper roll was almost empty and no new roll in there! Only 1 body towel, 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths in each room. Full NOT queen sized beds as advertised. The neighborhood is so sketchy n we travel often on our motorcycles and not much worries us but THIS motel we slept with our gun under our pillows. It’s not for the weak of heart. People yelling outside parking lot (dollar general lot by motel windows) and it looked like they were sleeping in their cars right under the windows. Do NOT stay here. We had no choice once we arrived as the other 2 hotels in town had no availability due to permanent working men that stay there, understandably. If in area do yourself a favor and go a little further to Los Lunas or Albuquerque for a safer cleaner stay!

I was comfortable sleeping, TV worked fine, fridge was great, felt secure overall. A/C worked beautifully. Despite the info below in the "didn't like", I'm not complaining.

Bathroom tub was grubby looking. Upstairs hall window in stairwell was busted out. Window wouldn't lock. Lots of missing room infrastructure missing (things pulled off the wall, unsure what they originally were). People were loud at night as they traversed the upper hallway. Homeless or whomever hung out in the alley aligned with the southern face of the hotel, a bit loud.

Breakfast was poor. I wouldn't call it a breakfast Location was OK

Not enough towels or washcloths in bathroom and no tissues Was told our room would be ready in 15 minutes. It took almost an hour

A/C didn’t work. Toilet overflowed. Not enough towels. No garbage can. No remote. Called desk many times, no answer. Went to desk, no one there. Key pad seldom worked.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up just to check in. Called 5 times a yelled out for someone before guy finally showed up. Also said breakfast served 6am-10am I got up early and even after waiting till 6:20am no one was up front and nothing set up breakfast. Absolutely terrible customer service and experience.

I didn’t like anything about this stay

The location of the hotel was key to our visit.

The only help we saw all week was Tyson,who tried his best. We had booked 2 weeks I advance and had requested a handicapped rm which we didnt get. There was no remote in the room, the stool didn't work properly but no o e answered the phone and no one was at the front desk other than Tyson. Really disappointed. I tried to report to the national #, but was hung up on twice.
