Super 8 Belen

Location was convenient to the train station, and positioned between a Dollar Tree and Dollar General, handy for snacks. Young man on front desk was friendly and helpful, he was the only staff we saw. Refrigerator in room was damaged, but worked fine.

Bathroom had not been properly cleaned, towel left from prior guest, soap bubbles in tub when the shower was first turned on. Room had two beds, one had a mattress that kept sliding off, causing the bed skirt to be on the floor where it could cause tripping. The room was adequate, and met the two star definition, but overall the facility seemed to need a lot of maintenance. Would probably not stay there again.

I had to fix the toilet before we could it. Horribly dirty rooms, the "breakfast" was a complete joke. Air conditioner was held together with tape. Compared to other Super *'s and other hotels in general this was bottom of the barrel. Traveler beware :(

Convenient

No breakfast

We arrived at 3am, and no one was at the front desk. The front door was open and the lobby was dark. After calling (on the phone, and shouting out “Hello??!!”) for 45 mins, we finally left and had to find something else. All of the other hotels in the area said they do this all the time.

The property was filthy and the staff was rude

Barely a breakfast offering, only a single chair in hotel room, no trash can, toilet bowl hadn’t been cleaned in some time

The aur conditioning wasn't cold enough,it was more just like fan
