Daniele's flat 2 in Venice

Very good location in case visiting Venice. 15 min walking distance to railway station Mestre. Quiet part of the city. Clran, but little bit wear-out equipment. We did not meet the owner, but he was on-line by whatsapp when needed, so no problem. Parking place 15€/day close to entrance to block of flats.

3th floor without lift. Don’t use dish washer during night - noisy.

There is so nice pleace if you are traveling and visit Wenecja, everything is what you need to stay, also near food store and busess, train station to traveling, so nice menager all time in contact if its need, happy to visit , i recommend definitely

Correct apartment for a group of people. Rooms were big enough and comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and good sunlight. In the center of Mestre. Host will give exact instructions to park the car and enter the property.

Prices to sleep in Venezia, even in Mestre, are totally out of control.

Great location, very close to the public transport and shops . Property has everything needed . Comfortable beds and clean .

Daniele was really lovely, responded quickly and brought us tea cups when we asked. The apartment was 5min walk to the bus stop which took as straight to central venice.
