"Garbage."

They never sent me a code for entry. So I had to get another room at 11:30 at night. Then Amy (The property manager) Still charged me the cancellation fee. She wouldn’t budge on it, like it was my fault. The worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel, air bnb, vacation rental in my life. She was completely unreasonable and refused to work with me. I will never stay there again and I’ll warn anybody that is considering staying there. Terrible experience.
