Good location of the apartment - walking distance to the historical center

I am a hotelier myself and I try not to judge others harshly, but for the first time in my life I give it a 1. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this apartment. The way we were served by the owner is unacceptable. Let me start by saying that there is NO word in the offer that the apartment has a shared bathroom with other tenants!!! There is NO word in the information about access that the elevator has been broken for several months (there is information on the elevator from April that it will be repaired at the end of June) and you have to climb narrow stairs with your luggage to the 5th floor. But what influenced my assessment the most was the behavior of the hostess. She didn't answer questions, but sent messages telling us to leave €6 in tax. Despite sending her information three times that we wanted to check out at 10:30 because we wanted to have breakfast at 9:58, she told us that we had to check out. I interrupted breakfast and went to collect my luggage. I was in the apartment at 10:03 and the door to our room was open and our things were available to the other tenants. When I asked the landlady why she did it, it turned out that she did not speak English (previously, when she asked about EUR 6 city tax and when she wrote that we had to leave at 10.00, she spoke English). I believe this is NOT a professional host.

It is a big room

The room is located in an apartment. Not clear that you share the apartment with two other people staying in different rooms. Shared Bathroom. Multiple locks on the main door which meant that we were locked out by one of the other guests because the signs are only in Italian. On the 5th floor, lift is broken. You would think the name 3a suggests the 3rd floor, but it’s not! You also sleep on a sofa bed not a real bed which is not comfortable at all. Would avoid in future!

Good location near the station. Nice to have a bath and a shower

Hard to find the lights. Key very stiff, almost had to force the door open. Communication difficult.

No private bathroom.
