The location is pretty good and quiet

The owner didn't take the trash out, from the previous guest, too much hair, and the room had bad smell.

We did not end up staying at this property as it not only wasn’t ready for us, but very below our expectation from what we read on Booking.com. It was too far out of town for a winter stay. Heating and had very little heating.
