Some minor things like the remote control of the air conditioner doesn’t work

The location is great, the staff are friendly and the free breakfast is nice. We also really liked the rooftop

The rooms are too small, the bathrooms have a drainage/damp problem causing the whole room to smell. The bathroom wasnt clean at all. Multiple cockroaches in the room, but we do understand that this is morocco so probably not heaps they can do about that.

Tivemos um problema na primeira noite com várias baratas a entrar pelo quarto mas foi logo resolvido! Trocaram-nos de quarto de imediato tendo uma estadia super calma e relaxada sem baratas

A fantastic riad in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Marakesh but tucked away so you weren't impacted by the noise. The welcome from staff on arrival was amazing with a pot of Moroccan tea, a large bottle of water and some info on the local area. We were able to leave our bags whilst we went on a 2 day trek and returned to find the cases already in our room. All the staff were friendly and helpful along with a comfortable room and a calming atmosphere through out the place. I would highly recommend this place and if I returned to Marakesh I would definitely be staying here..
