Adoramos a nossa estadia! O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo à praça, o que permite fazer tudo a pé. O quarto tem uma vista espetacular, a cama é grande, extremamente confortável e garante ótimas noites de descanso. Outro ponto muito positivo foi o silêncio durante a nossa estadia, o que tornou o ambiente ainda mais agradável e perfeito para relaxar. O atendimento foi um grande diferencial: Ary e Luz são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Inclusive, indicaram um guia (Carlinhos) para o nosso passeio privado em Machu Picchu, que foi excelente — adoramos a experiência! A cidade, por estar entre montanhas, tem muitas escadas, e para chegar ao hotel é necessário subir alguns degraus — nada que atrapalhe, mas vale a observação. O café da manhã é simples e sem reposição, porém suficiente para começar o dia, com opções como pães, ovos, salada de frutas, além de café e chás. No geral, tivemos uma experiência muito positiva e recomendamos!

O conforto é razoável

Great location just off a busy street, so you are close to everything while being able to rest in a silent room. The owners were extra friendly, recommending things to do, making sure I had everything I needed to go to Machu Picchu, and even woke up at 5am to give me a bag with breakfast! Would definitely stay there again.

Location was amazing, very close to the ministry of culture if you're getting tickets for Machu Picchu in person and close to the main square, sorrounded by restaurants and cafés. The view was amazing from the room as well. Also loved the customer service, extremely friendly and helpful, saved my bags while going to Machu Picchu.

The bed could be a tad comfier and also it kind of smelled like humid but that's not something she can control - rather due to the climate in the region.

Nothing, but you can't expect much in Aguas Calientes. You're in transit.

The owner at the front desk was more revenue/profit oriented than customer oriented: a little pushy to upsale. Breakfast was "limited" including re-toasted bread, an unnecessarily served until 8.00am (we had to catch the 9.00am bus to Machu Picchu for our 10.00am tickets), we had to wake up an hour earlier to do ... nothing.

Gentilezza: siamo partiti molto presto per Machu Picchu e lo staff ci ha preparato una colazione a sacchetto e ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie in albergo.

Bien ubicado, cómodo y atención personal, un encanto. La historia del viaje a pie desde Urubamba a Machu Pichu, imperdible, al borde de las lágrimas recordaban la travesía.

Todo era correcto.
