"Good"

Hot water and great water pressure! Which was absolutely necessary after 5 days of no hot water at a previous bnb that claimed to have hot water. Window from the bedroom was stunning. Bed was large and comfy.

There was an ant problem. There was also some miscommunication about breakfast, as a small run bnb just make sure to communicate whether you plan to have breakfast there or not. The breakfast hours are pretty early 6-8am.

"Disappointing"

Room's view was espectacular. The location was closed to everything they allowed me to check in early so we could go to our excursión to Machupichu.

Lack of amenities, not even hot water for tea. The room was cold and smelled old and nasty. They never clean our room nor offer to change our towels or more toilet paper. Bed was comfortable, but smelsl like it was used and never replaced. It is a shame because the place is nice, but need more love and better care. It doesn't take that much to make the place more likable and welcoming. Bathroom is disgusting and smells dirty...

Good location very close to station but slughtlt off from the noise had a nice mountain view.

I was told to pay 10% more for credit vard payment, which has not happened any other places in Peru. Breakfast time was supposed to be 6-8 am but the hotel didn't want to serve me earlier than 6.30. Cold fried eggs...There was no room cleaning fir multiple stay.

The hosts are really helpful and nice. We even got snacks for the trip to Machu Picchu, becuase we started at 4:30 🙃 The luggage storage was quite handy for us. The room was clean and cosy.
