The place is nice and clean

It is very difficult to find a parking place near by and also it is extremly loud during the night.

Superb host and everything was perfect in the cosy flat.

It is as it looks.

It is extremely noisy. Noisy sounds from outside, the door has holes so you can imagine even if someone is speaking outside the door you can hear them. Plus there are noises from the inside so if you are having a shower there is a loud pump which makes a noise. Another negative is the late check in and the early check out. Catania is extremely dirty, people leaving there should do something about it.

Manager, Luigi, friendly and provided early checkin. Kitchen area/living area spacious. Aircon good. Fridge large. Free coffee & machine. Electric kettle.

Apartment floor area was measured as sugnificantly less than the 60m2 quoted on BOOMING.COM. We measured it ~48m2. Apartment is on a noisy road with quite a lot of motorbike and car noise. The area is quite poor with dirty streets. Stairs to upstairs bedroom is steep and a bit dangerous . Bathroom small. Shower head needs a high-level bracket. Upstairs bedroom has very low ceiling height. No microwave oven.

Main double bed was super comfortable and shower was fantastic. Kitchen facilities were great, including kettle and toaster which many other places don’t have. Nicely decorated and really good visitors guide. Luigi the host was quick to respond if we had any questions. Location is good for accessing central area and the castle and the monastery. A few good trattorias nearby make eating out easy. We were very happy here.

You can hear life outside as door goes straight out onto street but not really a complaint first is as we slept well.

Clean and well-equipped facility. Very friendly owner ready to carry help at any time, easy contact via whatsup. On the day of check-out he allowed us to stay longer. :) The location was very easy to find. Close to the center, where you can find a lot of restaurants, bars, shops.
