As per the name, the property is very old building. The moment, you enter the house, one would be welcomed with smell of old books, dust and dirt. In other words, you would get an impression of you entering into a museum warehouse. Felt the house is furnished with stuff brought from Savers or similar. There are no proper kitchen equipment. Not even kitchen towel. Flickering light globes, no curtains for couple of windows. Broken door knobs. broken window bolts. For the price charged for one night is more than I booked 3 nights in popular hotel just at Christchurch Airport with parking, the value received is 1/5th of it.
