You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Perfect for what we needed,could'nt fault the place. In a great location for the job & was within our digs allowance lol Loved the place so much have already rebooked

"A great stay in a home from home property."

The house was lovely. Kitchen was well equipped. The house was clean and welcoming. TVs were disappointing in because they weren’t connected to the broadband so therefore didn’t have bbciplayer etc. Nevertheless we had an amazing break in the property. A home from home.

TVs There weren’t any convenience shops in Fairburn for the essentials.

The property was beautiful. Done to a really high standard and felt very homely. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions I had. I would recommend to anyone and found Fairburn to be a lovely little village.

Alyson was the perfect host. She sent over lots of information about the property and was easily contactable. The property was lovely and clean with everything the team needed. Couldn't have asked for more and should I have teams in the area again we will definitely book again
