Location- quite near to SM MOA and NAIA

The AC continuously leaking when we put it on. I made the host aware but they failed to inspect or fix it for the duration of our stay. The end of the sofa bed where my children were sleeping was wet. There was not hot/warm shower facilities too.

The property is very clean and very nice

The property is located on the 3rd floor with a lovely view of the pool and a great overall aesthetic. One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a fridge, microwave, rice cooker, and stovetop, along with all the utensils needed to cook whatever you like. Another big plus is that the power outlets are compatible with both Asian and European mobile chargers, which was very convenient! The host was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything—she even allowed us to check in much earlier than expected. The location is perfect, within walking distance of MOA, and the small stores and services on the ground floor are very handy. Highly recommended!

On the downside, while the space is comfortable, it can feel cramped if you have large luggage, as we struggled a bit to find a spot for our big suitcases. Also, the bathroom currently lacks an exhaust fan. We communicated this to the host, who was very responsive and assured us that they are already working on a solution to fix this issue.
