It’s so bad experience, not clean, very old , and very bad staff , really everything is so bad , the balcony is very very dirty, I don’t advise anyone to visit this hotel

The water from bathroom smells rust. No

I liked the price, even if it was a "you get what you paid for" situation. The Location was good, walking distance from the mall and a short, inexpensive ride to the airport.

I originally tried to book through their own website, with it constantly trying to default me to have another three days, but the website didn't let me complete the booking, hence why I booked via booking.com. But when I got to the hotel, that booking on their website went through, extra three days and all, and they tried to hold me to that reservation instead, I eventually was able to get them to proceed with the booking.com reservation, but only after a manager approval. beyond that, I had two rooms and one of the rooms didn't have water for the bathroom and shower for most of the trip. The pool was extremely dirty. Also, no one ever came to clean or straighten up the rooms either.

Lack of services from staff…not knowledgeable of their city. No water most of the time. The owner never responded to many email request to fix things up.

The staff were very accommodating given the issues with finding a room that had the three important elements, AC, clean water and a neutral smell.

The hotel used ground water, which smelt a bit strange and looked like it had been taken from a river. In the mornings around 10:00 there was no water.
