"This was my best accommodation experience do far in KZN."

Extending checkout time to at least 11 am instead of 9:30 am. Consider replacing towels, toilet paper and cleaning more frequently instead of the 8th day. Provide tenants with the general waste management schedule.

Was a bad stay and we had to be transferred

The appliances werent working , water got cold after 1 person showering , the balcony was dirty and untidy , the parking was terrible, our garage parking was more of a storage unit we couldn’t even use it it was just so bad ! Dishwasher was broken n leaking ,our guest slipped n fell badly! Microwave was tiny! Not even a dinner plate fitted
