"Perfect and would definitely stay again!"

The property was beautiful, very well kept and spacious and very clean/well maintained. The location was also perfect. Heather was so friendly and helpful, and baked us some delicious focaccia for when we arrived.

Heather was a perfect host, very welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with way more than just the basics - she even baked us some bread! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you could need.

Location was within walking distance of Leamington Spa centre. Heather met us at the property and gave us all the necessary information and had made us a tasty focaccia. Facilities were excellent.
