The apartment is very nice. We were warmly welcomed by Andrew and some drinks were available. The location is perfect. The view is great. Everything went very well for our stay in La Spezia. Very practical to visit the Cinque Terre from there. Thank you very much !

Very well renovated and newly furnished. Location is also good, Easy to find and many public parking nearby . Penthouse with great view of the harbor

Overall everything is good. It will be better if they have a washing machine

The apartment was recently remodelated, and evrything is perfect. The view is spectacular and you are very close to the train station to get to Cinque Terre. You also found a lot of good places to eat close to the apartment. Giovanni was the perfect host, took us to the parking space and was extreamly responsive. We had a great time and will come back for sure. I do a lot of apt staying on my vacations and this one has been one of the best!!!! Thanks Giovanni for all of your attentions!!!!!
