Nichts! Leider können wir keine 0 als Bewerbung geben die dem nicht Mal entsprechen würde.

Alles. Dreckig schimmelig Haare Flecken Gestank Ungeziefer. Das Team vor Ort war überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dann selbst um eine neue Unterkunft gekümmert - was super schwierig zur Jahreswechsel war. Aber dort nicht eine Nacht!!! Das Personal hat mit einem Grinsen im Gesicht gesagt wir könnten kostenfrei stornieren, wenn wir das neues finden. Mit dem wissen das alles ausgebucht ist - unfassbar frech.

Great location. Friendly staff. Made the rules clear to us at check-in. 2 small bottles of water provided daily. Room and reception areas all very clean.

Nowhere to hang long dresses. Safe did not work. Water in shower not very hot. Pictures showed chairs and table on balcony,it had nothing. Only one chair inside room. Neighbours were not noisy but could hear the staff chatting to each other outside the room, so noise would be an issue if neighbours were noisy.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was good and the room was kept clean during the stay

Emplacement idéal a proximité du terminal 1 de bus, qui dessert notamment l'aéroport. Proche du centre a pied. Personnel serviable. Massage agréables.

La douche n'était pas propre (moisi sur les joints, rideau de douche moisi aussi). Literie assez ferme et draps tâchés à notre arrivée (café sans doute). Les rideaux ne cache pas le soleil, il fait jour dans la chambre le matin.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Old Town Phuket. We rented a bike and had a lovely ride to the Big Buddha and the beach areas. The staff also organized a taxi for us to go to the airport, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and a nice experience for a couple of days. The balcony was huge.

There was some noise at night from the room upstairs and from the street, as our room faced that side.
