There was not enough water. When I arrived at 23:15 there was no water for me.

Beautiful decor. Super clean. Perfect location. Quiet street. Amazing shower. Little details go a long way and are very appreciated.

We had the bottom floor apartment with the kitchen/living room and dining room. It was perfect for 2 people and just what we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking (e.g., cutlery, pots/pans, microwave, hob etc.) alongside a coffee machine. The aircon was very strong and lovely on a hot day (though we needed to turn it off at night as it directly faces the bed). We arrived exactly at the check-in time, but the cleaner was still there and we had to wait around 10 minutes. Bed was comfortable for two people with fresh sheets. The bathroom comes with shampoo/body wash/lotion plus cotton pads, sanitary towels and a hairdryer. Free cake in the shared hallway was great. Also the roof terrace was lovely with egg chairs, lounge chairs etc. and a chessboard.

There was no drawers/wardrobe to place our stuff so it was a bit messy as we had to put our products/clothes on top the furniture. It wasn’t a massive problem for us as we stayed for 2 nights only, but I imagine it might be quite frustrating if someone is staying there for longer and would like to organise their luggage.

The place was very central and cozy. The terrace was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were so kind. In the hallway was a cake, coffee, and filtered water. The room was smaller than it looked in the photos, but still very clean and beautifully furnished. They had in the hallway an iron and everything you would need to use for your trip, like a beach umbrella. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come to Faro.

The decor and styling of the apartment was excellent, Really well designed and thought out.

When we returned from being out we realised someone had been in to refresh the towels which was unnecessary as there was a pile of spare towels anyway, it felt like an invasion of our privacy and put us on edge the last night we stayed there.

Location was good, convenient, overlooking pretty square. Shower/bathroom good, hot water stayed hot, nice toiletries

Stayed in 'suite 3'....a 'suite' was misleading and Room quite basic and minimalist, small double bed, no hanging space other than 2 wall hooks with one clothes hanger on each. Towels were not very big or good quality. No in room service facilities...an empty fridge....with a communal service table down the hallway shared by 4 rooms with kettle, coffee machine, water, coffee/tea . A cake appeared from time to time. This was more like a budget hotel room with minimal services
