Overall, the building was showing some age, but I felt that this unit was well maintained.
USUSThis place was lovely. I appreciated that they let me know before hand the dishwasher was out for our stay, they contacted and checked on us regularly throughout our stay! The place was very clean & the view was nice! My kids loved having the options on the Roku and not just stuck to regular TV. We enjoyed the Swimming pools and hot tubs & the quick walk over to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay! :)
I really didnt dislike anything, i will say it being on the bottom floor, i wasnt expecting to have to go up a flight of stairs. They do have elevators, so not a huge deal, steps are quicker access back to the ground and parking! But other than that it was a lovely place for myself, husband 2 kiddos

USGreat location and view. Neighbors on only one side, so pretty quiet. Clean condo. Comfortable bed and couch. Good layout given the condo size. A/c worked well.
The front door lock didn't work well, but it might have been something we did wrong. We had to lock the gate since the door wouldn't lock. Not the owners issue, but the elevator was incredibly slow and hot. I was afraid it was going to break down. If you got stuck in there, you would get heat exhaustion before anyone could get you out. We took the stairs for everything, which was okay since it was only one flight but brought our stuff up and down in the elevator.

USthe condo was perfect location, right across the street from the beach and many attractions. The pool was very nice and relaxing and the condo it self faced the beach.
