Amazing host…perfect place to stay near temple and this property is a heritage property…. And situated in old varanasi..24/7 accessible….pure heart host…really such a wonderful place… And I like the home made food ….which is 100%fresh and hygiene….really appreciated…must recommended..do visit…👍

We had a great stay! The room is very comfortable with good amenities, and the location is near most sites of interest. The best part of staying here was our host, he was very kind and always willing to help us with anything we might need, providing recommendations, and making sure we were comfortable. He even invited us to join his friend's wedding, which was a wonderful experience. Also, great lassis!

You could probably find similar value for less money, but this was not an issue for us. Also, it is nice to know that there is no common area.

Perfectly climatized room with plenty of space for a couple. In a calm street with a medium walk to get to the river and see the cremation site and see the locals life which we truly appreciated. They even let us let our bags during the day of the check out in the room which we truly appreciated. Thank you for the stay :)

Location is great, very central. The host is kind, very helpful and attentive. If you need advice or a taxi, he's there to help you.

The room is a bit dark and there is no proper common area, but this is quite common.

We had a wonderful stay at SS Homestay, Varanasi. Our host, Abhishek, was incredibly helpful and felt more like a dear friend than a host. He suggested several great things to do, which really helped us plan our short visit efficiently. He was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and went out of his way to assist us—including helping us buy authentic Banarasi sarees and local sweets. He shared so much valuable information that made our experience richer and more meaningful. The best part? He was available at any time of the day whenever we needed help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Varanasi!

We had a great time here. The host was super nice and cared a lot about us, gave us a bunch of good tips on what to do in Varanasi - and we enjoyed the chats with him. The room was clean, matress very comfortable and the homecooked food delicious. We highly recommend this little gem in Varanasi.

Our wellbeing was his top priority the entire time and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Tucked away in a quiet street away from the chaos. Was great to come back mid-day to refresh. We felt safe and relaxed. They also have super delicious home cooking on offer! Very convenient. Highly recommend

Host was very soft spoken, I really loved my stay there. Its very close to Kaal Bhairav Mandir, and walking distance from Manikarnika ghat
