Irene the lady who we spoke to nothing was to much trouble she was very kind and helped us a lot with our stays.

but noisy out side at the weekends but that is understandable as of were the flat is situated.

Nothing, I couldn't get the keys on time, I had to book another place.

The day before arrival, I received an email stating that I would receive the entrance code and keys at noon the next day. After arrival, there was no email or phone contact with anyone. I had a wedding ceremony at 3 p.m., so I couldn't wait, so I rented a hotel room. So far, no refund!
