"The host was very responsive."

It was in a relatively quiet area in BGC.

The air conditioning unit in the living room was super noisy we just turned it off. The neighbors were so noisy. The layout of the whole unit was weird that we felt separate from each other.. it didn’t feel cozy. The bathrooms were clean but lacked esthetic elements. There’s a washing machine in the dining area.

I don't like that we have to pay for early check-in. If it's available for early check-in why do we have to pay for it?
