The host was excellent. Details provided the day before arrival on check in, door codes along with restaurant recommendations. I asked if we could leave luggage on arrival and departure day and host was very accommodating, even having our room ready before the 3pm check in time. Great location. Great breakfast with host accommodating early breakfast on two mornings which was put in room the day before. Would recommend and would return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Die Lage war hervorragend, zentral in Como gelegen, 2 min vom Bahnhof und 3 min vom Fähranleger. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und sehr nett eingerichtet, mit einer Miniküche und einer luxeriösen Doppeldusche. Es gab einen Parkplatz für unser Auto - was will man mehr. Die Kommunikation klappte gut und das Einchecken war recht einfach, dank der vielen bebilderten Infos.

Wem ein italienisches Frühstück auf dem Zimmer reicht, der hat in dieser Unterkunft wirklich gar nichts zu meckern.

Wenn man nachts das Fenster auflassen möchte, ist das ein oder andere Fahrzeug laut zu hören. Bei geschlossenem Fenster allerdings kein Problem.

Nothing I didn't like

Everything was great . The location is literally 2 mins away from the lake from one side and the center from the other side . Marianna was very helpful and she surprised us with a decoration and a cake for our anniversary. I highly recommend it

The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast, although limited was a bonus.

Rather a lot of petty rules about where you can put a suitcase, mine had to go on the floor. Had to return to the room to turn off one light, felt like a child in trouble! Three messages that we had to be out by 10am on the last morning was intrusive...we'd already been told that on booking. Then telling us we'd be charged if we over stayed at all - this was our holiday and we wanted to feel relaxed! We'd had a stressful time arriving, with a cancelled flight and loss of one night from the four we'd booked and paid for at this B&B!

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast served in your room , the fresh croissant was beautiful. Perfect for our 2 night stay during our tour of Italy .

Communication from the host was a little abrupt. We was also text after our stay requesting a ‘nice 10 review’ as they have had some ‘bad’ reviews. I found this quite pushy. Having read the hosts replies to previous reviews it’s apparent they don’t take any negative criticism well however these comments could definitely put people off which is a shame as the place is lovely .

Fabulous location, just a couple of minutes walk to the lake. Good quality room, clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast provided and a good friendly host.
