La struttura si affaccia al porto ed è in una posizione molto comoda, perché vicinissimo al ristoranti. La camera è ampia e ha tutto ciò che serve per un comodo soggiorno. Il proprietario è molto gentile e ci è addirittura venuto a prendere in stazione di Pozzuoli e c’ha anche riaccompagnato il giorno dopo.

Struttura fatiscente, abbiamo trovato blatte nel palazzo . La camera e i suoi accessori non erano affatto puliti, molta polvere ovunque nello specifico sulla spalliera del letto. Non c’era nemmeno carta igienica, sembrava che la camera non venisse pulita da una vita

Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist großartig – vom kleinen Balkon aus lässt sich die Aussicht wunderbar genießen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und ist gut geeignet für ein bis zwei Personen. Die Gastgeberin hat schnell auf meine Nachricht reagiert und umgehend jemanden vorbeigeschickt.

Die wichtigsten Informationen bei der Ankunft haben gefehlt, wo genau sich die Wohnung befindet und wie der Schlüsselcode lautet. Die Wohnung war stark verschmutzt. Zwar kam schnell jemand zum Nachreinigen, jedoch war das Ergebnis nicht zufriedenstellend, sodass ich selbst nochmals putzen musste. Eine gründliche Grundreinigung sowie motiviertes Reinigungspersonal, das auf Sauberkeit achtet, wären sehr zu empfehlen. Außerdem ist die Matratze bereits etwas durchgelegen. Ein paar Koch- & Reinigungsutensilien mehr, würden das ganze aufwerten.

Be careful, what you book and what you're allocated is completely different. I booked a one bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony but was allocated a room with No living room and No balcony. This room isn't even on their website. It is nothing like the pictures, it was old and not that clean. There were cockroachs in the hallway and it smelt of cigarettes. The two flights of stairs up to the room had no working lights so it was very dangerous. The area was very deserted with the old person in the limited restaurant. The owner took no responsibility.

Comfortable bed and amazing location by the harbor. We loved the view and the restaurants downstairs were delicious! Despite the business downstairs, the room was quiet and we slept well.

Parking was tricky and we would have loved information ahead of time on parking details from our host. This would have made it much easier!

Beautiful view of the bay. I stayed on the balcony and enjoyed the day. Had 4 rainbows. Rented a boat an that was fun. The area has great restaurants and a bar that was amazing!

The AC didn't work that great. Bed was up in a loft and it didn't cool off.

Wonderful location next to the marina, Temple of Venus, and waterfront restaurants. Very nice apartments, and helpful hosts. Perfect for our family (we rented two apartments).

Despite signage regarding WiFi, we could not access it at all via phones.

The location is close to the beach only.

The flat did not meet my expectations and the description. The host was not available on arrival even that we have arrived at 15h00. One of the tenants there managed to give us the key after waiting long time. The room has no balcony, microwave, Shampoo, coffee maker or water cooker as described. There are no lift and the stairs are very dangerous and hard also lack of lights, the lights turn off automatically while you still in the middle of the dark scary stairs!
