Clean throughout and very peaceful despite being so close to the busy front. Staff very helpful, including jumping in our car to help guide us to the parking area! Comfortable clean room, good sized balcony, clean pool area.

Lack of bar service at the pool bar during the day, meant having to go inside when wet

We stayed for five nights half board sea view room we were not happy with the view our room given to us and the reception changed it without fuss the breakfast was realy good with lots of choice for all nationalitiies the food and choice of food for the evening meal was huge and everything was realy tasty and plentyful, the location right by the sea and on the edge of the busy part which was was perfect and just a mention for the hotel staff especialy the waiters they were very profesional and helpful.

For a couple of nights it was extreamly noisey and full due to tour party landing in the restaurant all at the same when booking it seemed to imply that you had three restaurants to choose from which turned out that thry were owned by the same person but the two on the seafront opperated seperatly and was not included in the package.

Das Personal, insbesondere die Hotelleitung Elena war super freundlich und jederzeit für uns (und die anderen Gäste) da: wir haben kostenlos ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Ja, das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten jedoch das Glück, frisch renovierte Zimmer zu erhalten. Da wir dem Hotel bei der Zimmerverteilung entgegen gekommen sind, haben noch noch kostenfrei ein Abendessen erhalten. Wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl, das sich um uns gekümmert wurde.

einer meiner Freunde hatte ein reguläres Einzelzimmer. Diese war leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und noch nicht renoviert.
