Marinda is a wonderful host, she went out of her way to accommodate us. Her place is very clean and in a great location. Quiet neighborhood and near everything we needed. The car was safely parked in the garage and the entrance to our room was private. The breakfast was great, she even accommodated us according to our time.

Nothing except maybe will advice to get a newer toilet seat
