Mauro, proprietario della struttura, gentilissimo e disponibile a fornire indicazioni. Camera e bagno arredati con gusto. Possibilità di usufruire della cucina per acqua, caffè, thè, succhi, brioches e altro messi a disposizione degli ospiti. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa poco distante dalla spiaggia del Poetto e dal centro di Cagliari.
