Fantastic property, immaculately clean and well kept. The location is fantastic for the NEC (which last means its cosy for the airport, train, etc). Quiet street, without traffic at night means a great sleep. Absolutely recommend!

We had a really pleasant stay at this family home apartment in Birmingham. The neighbourhood was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe, which made it easy to relax throughout our visit. The apartment itself was kept to a very good standard — everything was clean, tidy, and well looked after. The host provided a great experience from start to finish, with clear communication and an easy check-in process that made arrival stress-free. WiFi was included and worked perfectly during our stay, which was very convenient. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place for anyone looking for a calm stay in Birmingham. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.
