the communication with the host was easy via whatsapp as well as meeting arrangements. the house was clean and well located. the main bedroom is spacious with a comfy bed and a lot of storage space (3 wardrobes). the kitchen is well equipped.

we were three guests and they didn't hand the second set of keys at check-in as there was confusion on where it was, so we had to collect it from the office the day after. the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. the commodities they leave are not sufficient for the number of guests/nights. Being there only for a few nights it's quite inconvenient to have to buy all the basics (e.g. toilet paper, kitchen paper) especially considering the price per night. we had issues with the boiler but we managed to solve it.

The pictures on Booking really oversell this apartment. It is not as nice or as big as you would expect from looking at the pictures. So, lower your expectations.

"Very good"

The place was very comfortable, warm, and cozy. Location is good.

There was no option for self check-in in, we had to pay high extra tax for later check in.

Very hospitable, punctual and polite hosts! The apartment is in a lively neighborhood. Highly recommended.

The apartment doesn’t have a view, the windows closely face neighboring buildings.

"Great location, great apartment and pleasant stay."

location, it had an elevator and was overall a nice place to stay,

Maybe more toilet paper for the length of stay.
