The apartment was lovely and extremely clean. There were some nice decorative touches. very well presented.
The bed. Plus, the check in process was not good. We found it hard to get information despite trying to contact the owner multiple times on the day. We finally got a message saying that we would get details later. This should have been sent much earlier - either days before or at least on the morning of our reservation. We finally got the information we needed 15 minutes before check in time. Not getting information or answers to our messages and phone calls until an hour before check in left us anxious about whether our booking was going to be honoured and how we would access the property.
