DKHotellets beliggenhed, tæt på en god strand, der ikke var helt overfyldt og tæt på Hoi An, men dejligt, at hotellet ikke er i centrum. Der var mulighed for shuttle bus flere gange dagligt. Selv om hotellet ligger ud til en hovedvej, kunne det ikke høres på værelset. Personalet, især i receptionen var altid meget imødekommende og taler godt engelsk. Mulighed for at gratis lån af cykler. Ok pool ikke så stor, men dejligt, at den er der. Gratis håndklæder og til at tage med til stranden. God morgenmadsbuffet. Altid pænt og rent på værelset. Vi var meget tilfredse med vores valg af hotel. Boede på værelset 401. Vi vil vælge det samme igen.
Kan ikke komme i tanke om noget. Måske at dem, der er i morgenmadsbuffeten taler lidt mere engelsk. Vil også gerne have håndsprit i restauranten. Mindre detaljer

USThe staff were extremely helpful! When I had trouble finding the last shuttle back to the hotel, they called the driver and asked him to go back and get me. They also helped me book some day trips. They even gave me a lovely farewell present when I left! 😍
I would have preferred that the hotel be closer to Old Town or ON the beach.
JPThe friendly hospitality, staff responsiveness, clean property, and the free shuttle service. Bed was firm, pillows were fluffy and soft.
There was a slight hiccup with the issued room, but the team rectified it quick and well, and I was happy with the service and outcome, so I didn't mind it at all. If I were to be really critical, I would want a stronger flush to the toilet bowl, make the toilet floor less slippery, and be able to hang stuff behind the bathroom door.

FRNous avons eu une chambre immense, le personnel a été adorable et nous a bien conseillé sur les choses à faire en ville et quel tailleur aller voir. La piscine est très belle et propre. La localisation proche de la mer. La navette gratuite pour aller dans la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner avec pas mal de choix autant occidentaux que locaux.
Les navettes pourraient être plus fréquentes, nous avons souvent du prendre un Grab pour nous déplacer. Je ne m’attendais pas à ce que l’hôtel soit en bord de route comme ça mais c’est une image que je m’étais fait en voyant les photos de l’hôtel. Sinon tout était parfait.
BEMooi hotel gelegen op een paar 100 meter van het strand. Zeer ruime en propere kamer met terras en zicht op het zwembad, rustig gelegen. Gratis shuttlebus naar de oude stad, gratis fietsen, restaurants in de buurt. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en attent. In de lobby was een waterfontein en fruit aanwezig. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet
