"A hidden gem in Southern Shores"

Everything. Kat and Darren were absolutely wonderful hosts. I felt welcomed from the moment I parked my car. They really want guests to enjoy their stay and they put in a lot of effort to ensure that. I will absolutely visit them again!

"It was a week in the Outer Banks!"

Amble room for our family. It was quiet and away from the busier areas of the Outer Banks.

Thermostat control. It would have been grand if there was a kitchenette; but that does not negate the ratings.

KD by the Sea is perfectly located for tourists or beach bums. We were able to do and see so much in 4 days. Kat is an amazing hostess. Communication was perfect. If we needed anything she was right there. I will definitely be back.

"Birthday to remember"

Everything was perfect. I traveled to town for my birthday and it was the most amazing experience. Minutes from the beach. A short drive to dining and stores. The host made it feel like home with all the little things. Planning our next trip with them already. Best location best price

"Lovely stay by the beach"

Property is super clean and stacked with everything! They made our stay super comfortable and owners are so friendly! We loved the easy access and the things they provided, you’ve a bathroom with plenty of toiletries, towels and air dryer. Room has a fridge with plenty of water bottles, coffee machine, cups, toaster, mini oven and little stove, it was awesome!
