Eden view Ravello houses - Two bedroom

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Sea Vie House Ravello. The property is beautiful and actually bigger than e had initially expected based on the photos, which as a very nice surprise. The views from the room and balcony were as beautiful as advertised. Lastly, Danielle as a great host, helping us get to our room, helped answer some questions e had about Ravello and promptly helped us with a few small issues we had in the room.

Finding the place is a little bit tricky, but Danielle helped us through that on the day. Getting to the property does take about 3-5 minutes of walking up or down stairs. This wasn't problematic for us, but something to be aware of.

The view was really great. We had our breakfast by the terrace overlooking the view.

I don't recommend this to people that are not physically fit due to that you need to climb up and down the stairs to get to the house.

Nothing to dislike

The property's name totally corresponds of the view from the terrace. I took the best social story I've ever done. Amazing.

Bear in mind that Ravello is scattered situated town so prepare to stairs on square! Double-high of each one. Be careful of what you choose because you may bump into a really pen in the ass accommodation regarding the location! We had problems with main door. Once the key was put in the locker and it never unlocked it. We were having the impression like it will break on two parts. We had to buzz the other guests so they unlock the door from inside the property. So we were lucky to stay in a double apartment property otherwise.. I believe it will be soon repaired. The tap tension wasn't good. The water was coming on small drops. Of course it's because of the high but.. Anyway you can't miss the experience being in Ravello so even the bad things we faced weren't deal breakers for us.

Views were breathtaking and apartment was clean and spacious.

The location is very hard to get to, there are a LOT of steps if you have big luggage, or have kids or you are an old couple this place is NOT for you. The shower kept going cold and hot every minute.

View was amazing

There were some ants in the room upstairs. It should be mentioned in the listing that to enter the property you need to climb a lot of stairs. For us it was not a big deal but to some people it may be really hard

The location is great and we really like the facilities. The kitchen was equipped with the necessities, like salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a wine opener. The terrace had a lovely view and spacious. There are stairs in all of the Ravello - when you get from the road and also to get to the town centre.

The parking information was a bit confusing. We ended parking on the public spaces (in blue zones), which was near on the road but was 24 EUR per day

For the location alone, this is a 10/10 stay. The view was like a postcard and absolutely perfect for a trip to the Amalfi coast. A short walk up stairs (maybe 80 stairs) to the road which is where the bus to Amalfi and the Ravello town square are located. Hot to walk up to the town in summer, but that's expected. The place was very clean, comfortable bed, washing machine available for use, and had a very large deck to enjoy meals and the view. We felt that staying in Ravello was a much better experience and value for money than if we had have stayed in Amalfi with €2 bus available 2-3 times per hour to get to Amalfi each day. Definitely worth the price and a great and safe place to stay.

We struggled with the TV (not a smart TV) and weren't able to access movies or Netflix.
